All delivery estimates are based upon Working/Business days. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the purchased goods reach the country of destination.

COLOUR OF PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
It is important to note that the colours and materials of MORAFY products may vary slightly due to the natural properties of the materials used. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but please be aware that the colours seen on your monitor may differ slightly from the actual colour of the product. Natural leather, in particular, may vary in colour and texture from one product to another, and from one collection to another. These slight variations should be considered as unique features of the product and not as defects.
Please be aware that some natural and coated fabrics used in dark or strong colours may transfer colour through rubbing. Therefore, it is recommended to use these products with caution when in contact with light-coloured fabrics. While all textiles used in our products are water repellent, they are not water resistant, and all leather products are sensitive to rain and wet spots.
SIZE
All sizes on any product viewed on morafy.com are external sizes measured in inch. All the products are handcrafted that’s why a little size variation can occur.
CLAMS OF GOODS
If you wish to make a claim on a purchased item, please send us a detailed description of the issue along with images of the defective product. If the defect is due to a manufacturing error or any other error on our part, you will be eligible for a refund which will be credited to your account within the next 10 days. Please note that we do not accept any unauthorized returns.
We will examine your claim and determine if it is due to natural wear and tear, improper use, third-party interference, natural disasters, or damage unrelated to production or quality. In such cases, we will not be able to offer a refund or repair.
